Cool New Tech: Watching, Playing and Feeling Too… Plug it in to watch a movie or play a video game and the device sends low frequency vibrations into your chest that simulate the natural body vibrations we all make when we speak, laugh or cry. The goal of this awesome gadget is to give each user a heightened response (both physical and emotional) to whatever you plug the device into.
So what is this neat new device? It’s called Kor-FX and it’s built by Immerz. The device consists of a piece you drape around your shoulders that contains small speakers and a control box. The device sits at just the right place on your body to make you feel “like you are there.”
Just another big step forward in total immersion technologies to make our viewing and gaming experiences so much better and much more life-like.
