Cool new tech: Flexible solar cells that can be printed on paper.
MIT researchers have come up with a way to “print” solar cells on paper that actually work! The efficiency of these paper cells isn’t anything close to its larger and heavier multi-junction cells but the fact that a solar cell can be created in such a way is a huge step towards cheaper and more efficient solar energy.
